It's a great space. Part of the upliftment of Times Square, it's a welcome addition aesthetically. The concept (Asian) also adds variety from the hot dogs / burgers / "American" food. The quality of the food however leaves much to be desired. I don't know whether it's to make the food more palatable and appealing to the general touristy market (in which case it's not well thought out - most tourists are looking for new experiences, not bland homogenization) but the different options are sort of like tossing ingreeients together with non-authentic sauces one would get in any supermarket. There's not much "Asian" about the taste and flavor of the offerings. Finally the service needs much work. Particularly for the prices - any deviation from the options quicly adds to the bill (you can end up on around $18 per for a meal and soda) which makes this restaurant prices (for the neighborhood) with fast food premise. The staff is not very helpful, and I twice had to point out errors in how they were drawing up my order (with mistakes in their favor on pricing) Needs work, but has potential.

The food is amazing. It's a bit expensive but worth every penny of it! I highly recommend!!
