Unclean
As I sat in this place the waiter had a rolled up magazine and was swatting gnats on the wall. Throughout dinner gnats were flying around. I ordered a beer and my beer glass came dirty. The food was salty and soggy. The service is almost non-existent. Far better dosas, service and over all food elsewhere.

Unappetizing
I feel as if they have 4 ingredients no matter what is made and everything just tastes similar. Everything is a bit salty and service is staggered. You might be served 15 minutes before people you are dining with. The wait staff is hardly vocal and when they do speak you cannot hear them. The food is greasy as well. The dosas are greasy and the fillings are sparse. The prices are good but there are far better dosa places downtown and way better Indian in this neighborhood. I have dined here numerous times but never again.

Don't bother ordering delivery
I placed an order, waited an hour, called to find out what had happened, and the person who answered said, "Oh I don't have any orders with me," and hung up the phone. I am going to order from somewhere else, obviously. I did get takeout once before and the food was OK though very salty.

Favorite!
I love this place! The Rava Kichadi (in "Rice Corner") is the best comfort food ever! Try it once, trust me! The delivery is quick and the food comes in perfect condition with lots of delicious sauces! Also, the food is healthy and satisfying. One criticism: the Papadum could be better (somehow, it is too bland). But, seriously, can't recommend this place enough!

Take Out
The service is authentic aka poor, and i would not be foolish enough to eat in. the atmosphere of the place is pretty spartan too. however, takeout has been pretty respectable. they don't dumb down the spiciness, unfortunately they don't lighten up the greasiness either. recommended items: uthappam, pongal, sambar saatham. i wouldn't bother with the north indian items.

Disappointing
There were such high hopes when this place opened. Started good but now the quality of food and service is just disappointing. Not recommended
