    Dinner

Well I don't know about everyone else, but I have had Brunch at Sarabeth, My wife and I desided to have dinner. We started off with a salad, I had the chance to have a Duck special that was prepaired by the chef, I do have to say it was one of the best meals I have had in along time, my wife had had the Yellowfin Tuna that is on the menu, it came out of the kitchen cooked just right. Thank you for a great meal.

    Unbelievably poor customer service

Went there about 3pm last Thursday with a guest with whom I needed to discuss sensitive personal matters privately. I had been there once before and found it OK. There were no tables for 2 that would have provided adequate privacy. There were many empty tables for 4, so I asked to be seated at one and was refused. I was told it needs to be saved for larger parties, despite the fact that it was mid afternoon and clearly not a busy time. I indicated why I needed more privacy but this fell on deaf ears, even after the hostess checked with someone else. I found this attitude completely unacceptable as well as pretty stupid on their part. They have now lost me as a customer and I will not be shy in making others aware of their very poor service. I have had similar requests honored on the past at other restaurants, who often go to much greater lengths to gain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Beautiful Restaurant but...

overrun with tourists. Granted it's a tourist haven but way too many tourists and baby carriages. I like the eggs benedict, but come on with the english muffins they are served on! Way too much bread. The english muffins are towers of bread. Can't taste the eggs. $4.25 for coffee? Thats hard to swallow.

    Awesome Brunch!

I have been here twice... homemade potato chips and guacamole - great snack/appetizer, i didnt even know i liked guac... goat cheese mac'n'cheese - incredibly delicious/silky smooth... 10oz sirloin/turkey burger - decent job not a 5 Guys burger though...the BEST food at Sarabeths is BRUNCH or breakfast... apple-cinnamon french toast with bananas - ridiculously awesome!! At first I was thinking how good can french toast be... SOOO GOOD! Large Portions as well... I also had some New Club Sandwhich, Triple Decker with Ham, Turkey, Mozzarella, Lettuce, Tomato, and Ranch, on some 32 grain bread.... great sandwhich!! so basically if you havent been here yet you should go, the food is quite tasty.

    not good, not bad

Everything about Sarabeth's is fine, but not good. The service is nice, but slow. the food is adequate, but not great. The location and ambience are nice, but considering the prices, it hardly seems worthwhile to me. Pancakes and eggs are too easy to prepare well to overpay and not enjoy thoroughly.

    Great breakfast

Sarabeth's has a wonderful but pricey breakfast. The egg white omelets are big and fluffy and can be shared. The buttermilk pancakes are light and fluffy, and the English muffins are the most delicious and unusual English muffins I have ever had. The fruit is the best fresh, light, and sweet, even the grapefruit, and they cut and prepare all of it individually. Breakfast can run $80 for two people but is a treat.

    Overrated

The food was okay but the service was pretty bad. They had a staff of about 7 scurrying around continously chatting with each other and yet you couldn't get anyone's attention to place your order. No organization!!!!!! Coffee was not fresh - had a bitter taste. Wouldn't mind the outrageous prices if the staff was on the ball.
