Not the best. Maybe I caught them on a bad night.
First time reviewing. Did take out. The place is a typical Brooklyn Indian Restaurant, except it actually uses white light. Service was faster than I expected so I'm hoping the food was prepared fresh... My meal of judgement is chicken tikka masala... On my way home... Got home tasted the food. A bit saltier than I'm used to. Too much oil. Nothing special about this place. Not the best in prospect heights. Quality of food is subpar. Go to Bay Ridge for good quality Indian food. The more I eat it this the greasier it taste. No thank you. First and Last time here. There are better places in the Neighborhood.

Serious Indian
Compared to other Indian places in the area, their dishes have a wonderful depth of flavor. Sometimes it's difficult to get through on the phone, but it's worth it.. SO worth it. Their lamb saagwala is really good, and their Chana masala. I usually go for those, my gf loves their chicken tikka.

Five Stars for you, Sapid
Sapid has me hooked on the okra and eggplant curries, my partner pining for Tandoori chicken, and both of crazy over the coconut naan. You must try the coconut naan! Our service has been consistently friendly--even when we stay late. Staff members take pride in their dishes and the food is made AFTER you order it. Absolutely delicious. Give it a try!

Best in PH
By far the best Indian joint in Prospect Heights/Park Slope. I've tried almost every other joint in the area, always to great disappointment.

Fantastic food, amazing lunch value
This is the best Indian I've had in the area and i think I've tried them all. The chicken tiki masala and veggie curries are my favorites. Recently I've taken to ordering their lunch box specials which are a great deal. I saw the last review and it talks about it less than stellar food and ingredients and i will say this that every once in a blue moon i will get the food and it is sub-par. I don't really understand why, but 90 - 95 percent of the time the food is delicious. I highly recommend it.

So disappointing
Was excited to try this place based on the below reviews. Food was bland. Poor quality ingredients on no way tasty.

Best food ever!
Sapid is our favorite spot!! The food is excellent, and the owner is super nice. I have no complaints.
