I Dont Suggest
I had a very poor experience from the restaurant. I had great expectations. I was very disappointed because food does not taste good. It is not authentic. I would not recommend this. I will never go back.

Great fajitas
I had steak and chicken fajitas they were perfectly grilled. I passed on the beans and cheese, opting for rice instead. This dish was fresh tasting and pleasing to the eye. My husband had the Burrazos and they were tender. That dish was served with steamed veggies and rice. Beautiful, but a tad salty. The enivrons are friendly, not very noisy, and there is plenty of elbow space. Two entrees and a small pitcher of Sangria came to $51.

Love this place!
I've been going to Santa Fe for years and every time is like the first time. The margarita's are phenomenal and the steak and shrimp salad is my absolute favorite. Definitely worth a visit. Enjoy!

Still good after all these years!
Santa Fe has been around for at least 20 years. I used to go there all the time many many years ago and just last night went again for the first time in years. It was as fantastic as I remembered and our party of 8 loved their food too and raved about the place. My only problem last night was our waiter seem a little inexperienced and we had to constantly call him over for things. Other than that, everything was great!

Uninspired
Everything about Santa Fe is patently mediocre. From the chain-restaurant decor to the passable, but wholly bland food, this place has the feel of appealing to the lowest common denominator. Going with other reviews, I sampled the chicken fajita burrito, and was disappointed - unseasoned chicken, sauteed (not grilled) - I ate it, but kept wondering why I was paying $11 for something I could've easily made at home. My dining partner took the option of substituting a side salad for rice & beans, and was delivered a pile of shredded lettuce (think Easter basket stuffing) with two white tomato cores and no dressing. Overall, there's nothing offensive about Santa Fe, but I'd recommend choosing about any other Mexican or Southwestern restaurant in the Slope unless you want a generally bland experience.
