My Favorite Place
My boyfriend and I go here at least 3x a month. What a neighborhood gem! Friendliest staff, will make you any dish you want, great wine selection...what more could you ask for?

An unexpected wow
Did not expect one of the most delicious meals my wife and I have had in a very long time at very fair prices. The staff was attentive and cordial made you fell at home. Dont hesiatae to go and enjoy.

amazing!
Sam's place is an amzing little restaurant on the outskirts of murray hill. From outside, I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the second I stepped in I knew I was in for an experience. The setting is small and intimate, and the waitstaff acts like you're family. I was with a party of 6 and every dish looked and tasted absolutely spectacular. This would be a great location for a romantic date or even a small party.

Hidden Gem
Great food. Quiet dimly lit place creates nice ambiance. Service is warm and inviting.

Excellent Food/Gracious Owner
As a long time resident of Murray Hill, it's fantastic to have a neighborhood restaurant such as Sam's Place. Mossimo, the owner is so gracious, accomodating, and will prepare you ANYTHING you desire. Using his home grown tomato's and herbs, all his dishes have that fresh, homemade quality that is so rare in NYC..I love supporting my neighborhood!!

How wonderful
We were overwhelmed with this quiet, out of the way restaurant. Could not imagine finding, taste, value and great service in this small, simple place. I could enjoy eating out here every night. Highly recommend for quick pop-in or just nice night out. I'm surprised no reviews? Really understated.
