I have always enjoyed ordering from Samantha's, but most recently I was extremely impressed with their service when I ordered the wrong sandwich for lunch by accident and they sent me what I had intended to order within a few minutes free of charge. They are always pleasant and helpful... not to mention I think their food is delicious and I am always impressed with how fresh the ingredients are!

I ordered take out and they microwaved the stomboli!! When I called they told me it was up to me to tell them I wanted it heated in the oven. I couldn't believe it so I asked him if I ordered a pizza would he heat it up in the microwave and he said YES and this was the manager!! This was my second and last time to order anything from them!

The cold sandwiches and cold prepared foods are great. I've tried several of the prepared dishes that need to be heated (chicken, pasta, lasagna, etc.) and have been disappointed.

Defiinitely not the best food around the WFC for those who know any better. You call it Prosciutto, I call that a Good Year tire!

Fresh and delicious food in an area where everything is usually overpriced and boring. Ate outside at a cafe table, very nice people and fast service.

Great take-out italian food at great prices. The heros are very tasty and the deli foods are very good also. They have products that you haven't seen in a while and bring you back to the good ole times. Still the best value for lunch in the world financial center and a great place to go during the warmer weather since you can sit outside or by the water.

I've been decieved my fellow raters. This is definitely does not taste like real italian food, the chicken was not fresh and the portions were far from a traditional hearty italian meal. Chicken parm sauce tastes like out of the can, the chicken marsala sauce doesnt have any flavor. They forgot part of the order... the food is literally worth half the price. Sadly my first and last.
