Latin Heaven!
One of the best steak's I've had in NYC! Perfect portions! I like to sub the plantains with yucca. Also, the coconut coquito is the best finisher. Quiet and delicious. First choice when I don't feel like battling the crowds in LES.

Great spot
This was my second time there. The food is delicious and the place is very friendly and happy. You get the flavor of south america! highly recommended

Cuban sandwich not recommended
This place does not made good Cuban sandwiches. Mayo should NEVER be put on a cuban, nor should tons of garlic, oh and they don't even press the sandwich.

we will be back!
We took a chance, as the menu was intriguing. What a find. Great dinner and friendly service. No doubt about it, we will return when we are in the area again. I recommend it!

Yummy & enjoyable!
Randomly stumbled upon Salud during an afternoon bikeride. We sat outside and were served promptly. They dished out complimentary plantain chips and this black bean puree dip which I now dream about. We had a few tapas and a coke. The whole thing was delicious and we will definitely go back, with friends, for happy hour ($5 mojitos) and more food. Loved the decors inside as well. Definitely worth checking out.

Good find!
My friend and I stumbled on this place and found it to be fine quality and quite delicious. We sat outside and enjoyed that but noticed that the inside had much more character. I agree with the previous reviewer, the tapas requires 3 dishes for portions. I plan to return again shortly on my next trip to the Seaport area.
