Irresistible Margarita
Every time I visit NYC, there are many reasons for me to go back to Salsa Y Salsa on 206 7th Ave & 22nd St. One is savoring the incomparable Mexican dishes. The notoriously enigmatic chef demystifies my favorite “Enchilada De Pollo” with salsa verdes and mole rojo topped melted cheese. This diner also features three kinds of homemade chips. Best of all is the irresistible smooth Margarita. It is prepared with freshly squeezed lime juice with a blend of fragrant citrus flavor. A friendly and attentive service make an unforgettable dining at Salsa Y Salsa.

Not Good!
I went there yesterday for lunch,and shared the Mango/Orange/Jicima salad and a Chile Relleno with a friend. The mango, orange and even the jicima in the salad were all frozen. the waitress took it back, and off the bill, but if the fruit isn't even fresh.....? the chile relleno was not good either. The salsa tasted like marinara, and the rest of it was rather bland, including the poblano.

Poor service but great food
Subpar service everytime I come here which is a lot. Clearly it doesn't stop me from returning.... the food is yummy but the service is laughable.

Yummy-yummy in my tummy
This is by far my favourite Mexican restaurant in NYC. The food is great with big size portions and the choice is excellent. The service is fun, friendly and always willing to help make your time there good. Killer Margaritas and excellent Tequila, help wash down the whole combination with a big smile.

The food was great! We enjoyed the nachos and some of their special dishes. For the price you cannot beat it.

Great delivery
I never heared about this place. I was just craving some mexican food one evening, and got an excellent surprise. The food was great, arrived very fast (although bad weather conditions), the prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. The appetizers are highly recomended. don't hesitate to call for a delivery when you feel like good mexican food.

Best Mexican Yet!
THIS FOOD IS AMAZING! I'm used to great Mexican food from living in LA most of my life. NY is getting better, but seriously missed good Mexican food for a while. This place has got it right. I love it. I usually have it delivered. They are quick. Friendly. And a consistently good taste. Everything I've had, I've loved. Try the flan-- its an A++ Trully a diamond in the rough. If you love Mexican food you will love this place--TRUE MEXICAN that is.
