The first dinner...
... my wife, daughter & I had on our vacation in NYC earlier this year from Nottingham, England & what a great place to start. The food was excellent, I had the fillet mignon & the girls both had seafood and all was top class. The service was attentive, yet discreet and the atmosphere was relaxing & welcoming. The missis & I are back in NYC again in 2005 & we'll be dining here without a doubt!

Fresh Salmon!
The Salmon is fresh here and it is very tasty. They also have a great fixed menu. The atmosphere is nice, dim lights and a little romantic. Would definitely recommend.

great value
I went here pre-theater with 3 friends and the food was great. I had the salmon which was fresh and served with delicious mashed potatoes, my friend had the steak which he loved and the prices are hard to beat, especially the fixed price meals. The only downside was that we were the only table in there at 7:00 which I thought was a little weird because this is a great pre-theater place to go. Great value!

Wonderful Dinner
My family and I enjoyed dinner at Salmon River over the Christmas Holiday and we have raved about the pan-roasted salmon every chance we've had. Few dinners have been as memorable or enjoyable for us all.

A Terrific Catch
This seafood specialty restaurant offers the freshest fish in an extensive menu. The place is charming and well suited for quiet business or social dinners. It is also a great place when dining solo. I have been there a few times and never have experienced a disappointment in either service or quality. I highly recommend it. ........ No catch and release here!
