Everything on the menu is a la carte which is ok, but this was not made clear enough. So if you order chicken curry, you have to pay extra for the rice. Again, this is ok, but it needs to say this and make us understand that we can custom create our meal. I think that's a great idea but it needs to be marketed this way sso I the customer know my dish will not be arriving with rice and I need to order it aditionally. The prices are very different on the menupages menu vs seamless web. I ordered a salmon dish, but then was called on a very bad phone connection explaining they don't have any. After two phone calls, both with bad connections I wasn't sure if they were saying salmon was out just now or if they don't carry it. A good phone connection is important for a restaurant. When my order arrived, the salad was wrapped in tin foil. Bread was chewy and tough. Okra was stringy. And no rice. So I called to let them know the rice was left out. This is when I learned how it works and why I didn't get rice. The phone connection made it difficult to hear so I don't know if what was being said was good customer service or not. I think the idea of mix and match is great, but the fact that the menu doesn't state it under each area is not good.
