I'll actually travel all the way from W4th for this place, despite a million restaurants being closer. Amazing food, great value, fun atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!

I only say that because I'm still bitter about the closing of my formal favorite sake bar on E43rd. Their food was amazing... I only wish Hagi can step up on the game with their food. Sure, I go there when I have my craving for beef liver sashimi and yak

You have to know where you are going in order to find this place. There is a small door which takes you to the downstairs. Cheap bar food and tons of sake and cold draft Japanese beer. I like these places where you can try tons of different little dish

Was surprised to see this restaurant wasn't rated - it's one of our favorite sake bars in the city, let alone midtown. Great okonomiyaki and an abundance of sake to choose from. Great great restaurant.
