Can't talk about atmosphere since we've only ordered delivery,* but the papaya salad (with grilled shrimp) is excellent and the pho--whether spicy or regular--is simply STELLAR, as are the accompanying meats (yes, we're devotees of tendon and tripe, in addition to the usual eye round). Saigon Grill will NOT be missed here--their pho was pretty much dishwater, with as little flavor. *And they deliver (twice for us on 85th) quickly, and with pleasantly polite guys.

Just tried Saiguette for the first time and was really pleased; we were hard core Saigon Grill devotees and Saiguette has now taken the place of the now-closed SG. Can't comment on atmosphere or service as I ordered take-out. Ordered steamed Moon Vegetable Dumplings which were delicious and Chicken Bahn Hoi...lots of fresh chicken grilled to perfection....not gamey at all.....we will order again.

I haven't tried everything on the menu, but the pork shoulder, whether as a sandwich or with rice, is to die for. I also love the summer rolls (nem-chao). I've eaten in the restaurant, which has a few window seats, as well as delivery or take out. The service is great. I hope they stay in business and keep up the quality.

Yes, it is right across the street, but my three delivery orders AVERAGED 9 minutes for delivery. Amazing. The roast pork, flank/skirt steak, chicken thigh, with sticky rice, ughhh delicious. Banh Mi's are delicious too. Don't forguette Saiguette.

So delicious! This place is right across the street and I've been waiting to try. Ordered from home picked up and it took not even 10 minutes. The food was really really good totally hit the spot! Everything was cooked very well.

I was so excited to see this restaurant open on the UWS until last evening. I very much liked the calamari and Summer Roll but the meat in the Pho tasted off and I ended up tossing it. I will travel down to Chinatown for my Vietnamese food from now on.
