Wham Bam Thank You M'am is the pace of the day at Saigon. Come here to eat good Vietnamese food then run. The management made the news for a year with it's labor troubles and I didn't eat here again until it was settled, but I came back for the Pho soup and Meat Spring Rolls and salad. You can get whiplash here just watching the speed of service and pushing you to leave so they can turn over the table...Yes, the food is tasty but I am waiting for someone else to bring good Vietnamese to this area just to avoid the unpleasantness of the place.

The only complaint I have with this restaurant is that many of the employees cannot speak English. They are very rude on the phone and don't care about getting your order right. It is extremely frustrating when someone is trying to hurry you off the phone and doesn't care if they understand what you want. If you are going to eat at Saigon, go to the restaurant rather than deliver. Otherwise, the food is good and the pho and la sa ga always keep me coming back when I have a cold. I wish this restaurant would hire someone who able to take phone orders competently.

Have been coming to saigon since 2004 at least once a month, it has gotten pricier but the food tastes just as good. Love the ga sate and the chilean seabass dish, wish they open a saigon in westchester so i dont have to drive this far.

Outside the restaurant are like 40 scooters. It once took under 5 minutes to get our order! I know it seems impossible but it did hapen, I have no idea how! The spring rolls are soo awesome. The food is super sweet and tasty.

Good Vietnamese food that has been a bit Americanized. Pho had too many noodles and less body than I've had in Viet Nam or other Vietnamese restaurants. Similarly, Summer Rolls were packed with rice for bulk and too large. Other dishes tasty. Service good, value for $ good. Overall an enjoyable meal.

I used to love this restaurant and one was one of their biggest supporters since they had a small corner shop on 87th & Bdway. However their service has completely declined. The whole purpose of delivery is that you just don't want to leave your house but at Saigon Grill that is not an option. The delivery guy refuses to walk up the 5 flights to my apt regardless of the fact that its his job and I'm a GREAT tipper! He told the order taker, who told me , that it was a government building and he would not go upstairs. I was completely disgusted by what I heard. Which is untrue bc my building is privately owned and trying to go coop! Even though if it weren't that shouldn't matter! It seems that along with the new union for the delivery guys they also got new attitudes. Let me remind them that I actually picketed with them at both locations when they were going thru their struggle. I guess I no longer matter and neither does good customer service.
