In response to the previous review... i just called and got the same result, but when i asked them why, they said it's because the delivery workers are on strike. i'm assuming this means that they will start delivery again once they've worked it out. phew!

Wait a minute...I just tried to order food from Saigon Grill for delivery and was told NO DELIVERY!? What's up? Someone had told me this recently and I didn't believe them. That has to change. I have been a delivery customer for years. And now no delivery. I hope they get the message that their loyal customers are very disappointed.

The food and apetizers (sp) were very good to me and the service is good. They were very fast and helpful and answered questions.

Saigon Grill is one of my favorite restaurants on the UWS, and I've missed it, as I order for delivery at least twice a week. After reading up on how they treat their employees, in good conscience there's just no way I can eat there. The management/owners should be ashamed, and if they want their customers back, they should settle already.

Like the other reviewers, I love the food here and I'm going through withrawal (rice crepes!!!!). But I can't go to this restaurant until they resolve this issue. According to the picketers, they pay their delivery guys less than $2/hr when they make 2 million a month!!

like others have said - they NEED to find a solution to the delivery people striking. I'm going into withdrawl and don't know what to do ...

What is happening with the delivery situation at Saigon? They must be losing a fortune. If the owners are reading this, Please Settle with the delivery people! Think of all of us who regularly order from you...We must have ordered and eaten at a dozen other places now that we cannot eat from there with the strike and picket line. Why don't you hire new delivery people or settle the dispute?
