    Great place

It's not Le Bernardin, but it's as good a seafood place of its own American/East End kind as you'll get in Manhattan. You'll like the chowder, lobster rolls, crab cakes, tuna nicoise, all in a cheerful seaside setting. Good wine and beer list and friendly servers. I can't wait to go back.

    What a disappointment

Food was mediocre at best and overpriced for what it was. Caesar salad was soggy and not a sardine to be seen. Crab bisque was salty and watery. Crab cakes were sorely lacking in crab and overrun with bread as filling. Lobster roll bun wasn't even toasted. Portion sizes are nice and service was good although a bit hard to understand at times. I wouldn't go back

    My favorite restaurant

I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant. Their food and service is top notch and my friends and family are all return customers. Locals are usually at the bar and its a feel good place to go to eat, drink or just chill. From steak to seafood their food is consistently cooked to perfection. They have a great lunch and they have the best lobster rolls. Service is with a smile and you will feel like you are part of their family.

    Delicious and Friendly

Very good food and the waiters, bartenders and staff were all so pleasant. This kind of place makes you smile because everyone working is smiling and energetic. Not to mention, the filet mignon was cooked to perfection. Will definitely come back!

    Great Service and Great Food

We ordered lunch for the office and the food was great! They delivered in a timely manner and the staff was very content with their individual orders. We will definitely order from here in the future!

    Overcooked seafood

We dined at Sagaponack last night and left disappointed because of the overcooked seafood. The crabcakes were nicely done - although the crab did not stand out as the star ingredient. The scallop appetizer was also somewhat disappointing when two small, but nicely seared scallops arrived. I wouldn't bother ordering the salads. The lobster roll was the best menu choice - but still doesn't warrant a visit back to the restaurant. The most disappointing selection was the bucatini with mixed seafood. Every single piece was overcooked and tough. The mussels were of poor quality and the shrimp were inexcusably dry. On the plus side - the staff was personable and attentive.
