    my favorite!

I've never actually stepped foot in this restaurant, but I order take-out quite often. I stick to ordering a few apps and a salad- their mixed green salad is awesome! My meals generally cost about $12 to $15. The delivery service has been reliable and for the most part, prompt. This is a great place for yummy food!

    Delicius and priced

I eat here for lunch at least once a week. Their Bento Box lunch (for under $10) is well worth it. Way better than those storefront Chinese restaurants that dot the neighborhood. Tasy, flavoraful and big portions. What's not to love? They have messed my order up on occasion but have generally been apologetic and accomodating.

    its Saga

no more, no less. This is a place to go when you are already in the neighborhood and don't feel like walking anywhere. Everything is fine, it isn't that it bad, its just not that special. Location, Location, Location. I like the basil chicken and the rolls are about as good as grocery store rolls.

    Not Vietnamese food

This is not even Vietnamese food, not even close. It's not even a good hybrid between Vietnamese and American food. It's just bad. The noodle soup is prepared lazily with few herbs while missing essential flavors. Just no. Please make the effort to go to Chinatown for some decent Vietnamese food.

    The saga of "Saga"

Ok, the food is really good - the Vietnamese menu is far better than the Japanese. My problem with Saga, and Swish, Tomo, and the other "hot spot" Asian restaurants in the area is that the customer relations aspect of their business leaves a great deal to be desired. Rudeness, anger, impatience, and hostility are NEVER acceptable in the service industry! One would think that a restaurant/business would try their hardest to accomodate their patrons (within reason , this is New York) - not these places, the only concern is the dollar. Maybe they should remove the tables and chairs and just lay down the troughs that they think we should be eating from. If you don't mind paying to be abused, try your luck - me, I'm brown baggin it from now on, after all, I can't beat that service! :-)

    yum

I only ordered delivery from here once, but I was so pleased. The food was great - I really recommend the bun with shrimp, which comes with delicious grilled shrimp, and the fresh spring rolls. The pho is nothing too special, but it's fair. I will definitely order from here again!

    Good food, good prices.

This place is great, especially the lunch menu which gives you great food for a very affordable price.
