I think this Is The Best Mexican food place in the area or New York City alone. I've been eating there since it's been open. The resturant owner is a nice guy. I think that he cooks really well. The thing that sets this resturant apart from others is the fact that the food tastes good. Like the burritos fajitas and more.

A good combo if you ask me. The taco salad is amazing and the value is fantastic. For tex mex fans, as good as it gets fot the buck.

I was told that this was the best mexican food in NYC. I am a native southern californian and i know that NYC is not known for its mexican food....but come on. I ordered a $9.00 burrito that had something that looked like it was squeezed out of a tube claiming to be sour cream, rice that was so bland you couldn't taste it, do people know what refried beans are here or should we just stick to the black beans?...i think there were 3 beans in the burrito, steak that had no seasoning on it. I think it was boiled meat. The only good part was the guacamole that almost seemed like it had actual avocado in it. Most places around here think if you mix onions and green salsa you have made guacamole! Service was good though. I can never stand people who have nothing better to do but say negative things, but i think we may be able to find better mexican food in NY! sorry.

We visited on 11/04/05. This is a great stop for good food at a reasonable price. We had chicken quesadillas and they were fantastic. The free chips and salsa were also great. Accompanied with the beef and chicken enchiladas (slightly above average), were average beans and rice. We would go back for the quesadillas. They do have sangria, which was a bit tart and watery - but really not too bad.

So yesterday we ordered lots and lots and LOTS of food. It was yum. Just thought we'd let you know and everyone out there that this is the place to eat. (Better than a sketchy place with a cellphone.) YAY!

This place is the best tex mex delivery to date. Lived here for 10 years and have tried it all, comparing to back home in Texas. I usually order the fresh tortillas corn and flour, guac, pico in place of salsa, chips, queso and rice and beans. A feast. Rice is more gourmet, but beans are close to authentic as you can get. This all was bout $40, so wouldn't say the prices are all that fair. I have tried other menu picks, and these folks are really good all the way around.
