    Disappointing experience

Four of us went to this restaurant on a Sunday two weeks ago and had one of the poorest experiences in our dining lives. The food was not fresh, the fish was smelly, even after deep frying and covered up in heavy sauce. Not recommended.

    Not bad

I was eating here and the place was nice. The waiter advice us that we had ordered a lot of food and he was right. Nice taste and good price

    Not so Great

I was staying at the Raddison for Business and asked the Concierge for a good dinner place. He suggested the Dynasty. Since it was cold and nasty out, I thought what the hey! When I walked in, it took them several minutes to greet me & it was not even busy. The crew were sitting there chatting. When I was finally seated, the server came over and said "What you want?" Hmm, I am from the south so I thought maybe this was the way (NOTTTT). Anyway, I ordered a glass of wine. Took about 10 mins to show up...Hmm, like I said it was not busy. My waiter did not bring the wine, which is fine, but then I sat again for another 15 mins. Finally he came over and asked if I had decided. I ordered soup, an app & a dinner. The Soup was just ok, the app (seafood roll) had too much batter and was doughy. The soup and app came out about 15 mins, not too bad, but then the dinner took another 25 mins AFTER I had finished the starters. The waiter never came back after my initial order. I had to ask a host for water and a knife (I got sesame beef that had great flavor, but the meat was a little tough. I thought it very odd that there was no Knife on the table!) So then I was done. Again I sat for another 20-30 mins before anyone came over to address me. I asked for the check and the guy (not my waiter) asked if I wanted desert. UH....NO. I had been sitting there over an hour and a half w/ very little attention. Basically my big gripe is about the service. Needless to say, next time I am in town, I will not go to the Dynasty, even if it is gross outside.

    run the other direction

I used to work in midtown and used to frequent Dynasty (this was more than 15 years ago). I used to love this restaurant. I went a couple of years ago and had a very bad food experience. It was a Sunday and it was lunch (not prime-time I guess because the restaurant was empty). The food was not good. I decided to give it one more try this past week. Again, it was subpar. Some of the dishes came out cold and nothing was very good. Even the pork dumplings were flat tasting. All I can say is, "yuccchhhh" and that's it for me and Dynasty.

    Horrible Pad Thai

I have never had worse Pad Thai in my life. Do yourself a favor and pass this place up!

    Not Thai

Great Chinese restaurant. Food was fantastic, but this comes up under searches for Thai. They have a few items, but if you want Thai, it def won't cut it. The service was also really slow.
