really rude on the phone
This place is cheap and fast, and they deliver late, but the guy taking orders on the phone is so consistently rude. It really stops me from ordering here as much as I would otherwise.

Meh
Mozz sticks were fine, but burger was not. Staleish bun, flat tasteless patty, very small amount of goat cheese (on the french burger). Probably would have been better off waiting a little longer on a zaitzeff order if i wanted a real burger. Frankly mcd's is probably more satisfying.

almost unfried fries and stale bun
despite the few negative reviews here I was a loyal customer at Rush Hour for the last months. But since today I finally understand the other reviewers. 1) the stale bun. I never had one before but today they got me 2) the fries were not done and cold. I'm not sure if he even put them in the fryer at all.. for 10 bucks absolutely unacceptable...

not the best, not the worst.
i still eat here sometimes, but definitely not as often as i used to. the quality of the food has gone down too. it's still kinda good, and can hit the spot when you're in the mood but it's a little disappointing when you remember how it used to be. the only thing that's remained the same are the employees - the rude ones are still rude and the awesome ones remain awesome.

Delivery
This is one of the few places that will deliver all of the way to Chinatown. The food isn't great, the prices aren't either. They are, however, open late, and will deliver to me so I can't complain.

I could get a juicier burger
This place was a subpar. $5 for a dry hockey puck on a bun & $3 for 5 onion rings... need i say more?

$8 Hamburgers
If you're eating here, you are probably part of the gentrification problem in Lower East Side. $8 burger deluxes which does not include the $2 french fry charge for the "deluxe" part of the meal, is all part of the over priced menu at Rush Hour. Burgers are good, but u can probably get a box full of the same grade A meat at the super market for 8 bucks. Come on people, "Yes We Can"!
