Good food, great vibe.
We stumbled on this place and had a terrific lunch. The chili sauce makes the burgers and chicken sandwiches terrific, and my wife's pasta was great too. There was a laid-back, friendly vibe to the place that was very Australian, so I can't understand how people could say the service had attitude. Great place.

Best Burger Ever
A big call I know, but seriously I've eaten burgers all over the world, and these top them all, I almost don't want tell anyone, but I can't help it. Enjoy.

Love-love-love
Ruby's burgers are addictive. Safe to say, best chicken and beef burgers in NYC! Plus, the salads are equally as delicious. Wait staff is very friendly and the cafe always has a cool, fun atmosphere. Ruby's becomes a staple for everyone that tries it!

Great Spot
Excellent australian coffee ...and the panini are excellent...Italian tuna was so different and the salads were all unique and tast.Went with my wife and daughter who both loved it.Great find in Nolita..will certainly go back when in the city

Poor Service!
The service at Ruby's leaves a lot to be desired. Though the food is very good...the service is what makes me not want to go back there again. Never have I ever encountered such snobby staff while trying to have a nice meal. You would think that they would be more attentive to their customers since the restaurant is very small! I'm disappointed in this place and will my spend my money elsewhere.

Aussie in training
I absolutely love this restaurant. When I am in New York I eat lunch here everyday. I can't help it. It's so wonderful. At least, I think it is. All I ever get is the oatmeal and ciabatta with butter and Vegemite. I order a latte and am able to sit for as long as I please. They don't rush you here and will only bring your check once you ask for it. And when you do they kind of look at you like, "You want to leave? Weird." They'd probably let you stay from breakfast until dinner without even a glance, which is wonderful considering how small it is. I highly recommend this place.
