    Classy

This is a very classy, clean and comfortable place. The service is impeccable. The waiter pampers. The food is genuine, fresh and well prepared. Tasty and light. It's the ideal place in New York City and I didn't find it expensive at all! I recommend it to anyone.

    Yummy

One of my favorite places in the city, always delicious food, can get a little crowded sometimes but never disappointing.

    Uggggggggh

Where do I even begin? I'd love to know who wrote the other reviews- B.R. Guest himself? We must have been at different restaurants. There are few redeeming qualities about this place! Inside it feels like a diner that has hastily undergone a decor makeover in order to justify their pretention. I don't mind paying upwards of $20 for an entree, if it's good. This food was greasy, tasteless, and sits like a brick in your stomach, especially the scallion pancake- it tastes like a floury tire.

    Great pre-show dinner

Great food, great sushi, a little overpriced, but similar to nobu and cheaper than that tourist trap!

    Slightly overpriced, but solidly good

Went for dinner on a Sunday. Very nice atmosphere, not too touristy even though in Times Square. Ordered the crispy tofu, the only vegetarian entree - it was pretty good, although the tofu was more soggy than crispy. However, also ordered the bento box of desserts and it was DELICIOUS! Mini desserts - chocolate chip cheesecake, banana chocolate spring rolls, mochi, fruit, etc ... I almost had to ask my friend to roll me out of the restaurant. I would definitely go back just for the desserts.

    Great food, great atmosphere

My fiance' and I went for dinner and didn't have reservations. We were lucky enough to beat the afterwork crowd and were seated immediately. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive to all of our questions. I had the Ginger Mojito and it was unbelievable. We had the Dim Sum sampler and it was wonderful. The specials were well prepared and presented. We will be returning on our next trip back to NYC.
