    Ridiculous service

My office is very close to this restaurant. So the team has ordered from there few times. Food/price has been ok. I tried to order a delivery one night and waited for an hour. Called several times and was told food is on the way "it's been a busy night." They kept on asking me to contact seamless and I had to correct them that I ordered via their website instead of seamless. After 4-5 phone calls, it turned out to be they did not process my order at all. If you dont want to suffer, do not order from them.

    Great Thai food!

I love this place and have been going there for years. Reallly great, authentic, reasonably prices food. i love the Pad Thai, Lemograss chicken, garlic chicken, and ginger chicken. Soup and appetizers are also very yummy!

who is giving this 5 stars on SW ?

the pad thai is so dry that is sticking to the roof of my mouth - I am having flashbacks to my childhood of leftover kraft macaroni and cheese are they insulted by me making the most cliche order? They must have put an additional effort in to make it this poorly - This was not made with love ! my co-worker got the drunken noodles and is laughing as he enjoys them

    Sooo disappointing (5 of 5????)

So this place got 5 of 5 stars from 212 reviewers on seamlessweb. So I figured it would be a top knotch restaurant. I was grossly misinformed. For my appetizer I ordered the chicken tom kai soup and it was so disappointing. It contained 90% water and 10% coconut milk, ONE mushroom, ONE piece of chicken, and NO taste. Next I moved to the most BLAND chicken pad thai I have ever tasted. The noodles were bright red sauce that was a blatant case of false advertising of taste and spicyness. The chicken looked like a piece of petrified wood. They also forgot to give me side of peanut sauce which i requested (which would have come in really handy to add a little bit of taste). So with hundreds of thai places to choose from, do yourself a favor and skip this one!

    Great Basil Sauce!

I just moved to an office nearby and noticed how many Thai places there are in the area. I decided to give this one a try and am so happy I did! I went early for lunch (11:45 am) and the place was empty which was good as I just wanted to get a quick combo and be on my way. I ordered chicken in basil sauce with salad. The order was ready in less than 10 minutes. When I got back to the office, everyone was asking what I was eating and where I got it from because it smelled so good! It was delicious with plenty of food for the lunch time combination plate. The rice was good but not terribly flavorful but the sauce on the chicken and veggies more than made up for it in the flavor department and was delightfully spicy, just the way I wanted it. I will be going back to try the chili sauce next.

i give up on this place

I ordered delivery a few times, starting with the chicken drunken noodles (as a result of reading postings here). They were good, but very greasy. I found the same true with the Pad Thai. So I ordered Chicken Pad Thai and asked them to go light on the oil. What I got was a bland, dry clump of noodles and chicken. The worst Pad Thai I have ever had. There are several much better Thai places just around the corner from this one, its just not worth trying them again. It's NYC, you need to do your best every time!

Food is good but the kitchen is really disorganized

I never write reviews but I haven't been this upset in a while. I went for lunch today with one my friends and we waited about 35 minutes before ONE entree came out. The worst thing is that everyone around us only had one entree out and we waited another 15 minutes for my friends meal to come out. These guys really need to get more organized. This issue happened to everyone around us. We were all looking at each other in disbelief as we didn't believe this was happening.
