    not good

My family ate here last Saturday evening, and it was one of the worst meals I've ever had. My husband and I ordered the Gnocchi, and it came as a soup - and was tasteless. We tried adding salt and parm cheese, but nothing could save it. My dinner was the chicken risotto special, and again it was tasteless, it was as if they grilled chicken with no spices and added no salt or pepper or anything to the dish. My husband ordered the chicken parm and he said the sauce had no flavor and it was glopped with cheese. My brother-in-law said his roasted chicken dish was just tasteless, but he ate it because he was hungry. This restaurant used to be decent, but its gone downhill and is not worth it.

    Delivery pretty good

I"ve only done delivery a couple of times, but it's pretty solid. The portions are always large. The poached salmon is tasty and not overcooked. I've gotten a couple of the salads and they're very good. Desserts are okay but not phenomenal. The only thing I didn't really like was the short ribs. Everyone knows you have to braise them for a long time for them to be tender... and I'd say these ribs needed another hour of cooking before they should've been served. Otherwise, I do like this place. It's a solid delivery go-to option.

    Poor Attitudes

So the food is decent and the price is alright IF you're willing to deal with the attitude from the staff. They brought me the wrong dish and then when I asked for the right order they argued with me about my order. I think theres a fairly big difference between a BLT and a hamburger.

    Poor Service

Came here for breakfast. The food was decent but the service was non existent and we were the only ones in there. I read some of the reviews below and i concur. They seemed to have a bit of an attitude here and seem to put the customer 2nd.

    Hit & Miss

I've eaten in the actual restaurant twice. Food has been fine both times, but the second time the service was poor. I've ordered out a few times too. Usually the food has come fairly quickly, but on one occassion it took an hour and a half to arrive. When after an hour I called to find out where my food was the person on the phone said it would be there in 5 minutes. When I called again after another half hour the slightly rude person on the phone told me again that it would be 5 minutes. On another occassion I ordered from their website. After giving them an hour I called to find out where my food was and was told they don't accept orders from their website anymore. Of course, you'd never know this as the website still looks fully functional and I received a confirmation email!

    really gone down hill

used to be OK to eat at route 66 several years ago. they've renovated and must have fired the chef. dishes seem slapped together, an omelette came out looking unappetizing and having chunks of vegetables along with a blob of soggy fries. seems to be catering to drunk people at 4AM.

    Great

Really friendly and nice eating experience-LOVE the breakfast and outside seating. The BEST grilled cheese and black cow shake ever.
