Rothschild's Made Our Night
After an unfortunate experience at Bacchus next door my party of 4 hurried next to Rothschild's to see if we could get a table at the last minute--we were in luck! The service was equsitite--not only did our waiter know everything about the wine menu, his food suggestions were right on the money and he helped us choose three delicious cheeses for our appetizer. The buttermilk fried chicken, pork tenderloin and the apple and goat salad were all delicious. For dessert we had the creme brulee (very creamy) the banana bread pudding (lots of fruit and delicious bourbon finish) and the chocolate molten cake which was chocolatey to the extreme. I loved the music selection and the quiet 'chill' atmosphere. Perfect service and delicious food. I would definitely come back here for brunch or dinner again!

Great place
Had brunch here and it was wonderful- love that you can get an order of beignets as like a brunch app. I had eggs with grits and a biscuit as a main and it was great. The atmosphere is relaxed and well-kept, very cool without being overly trendy. The prices are also totally reasonable for the experience. Must try for locals.

Great dinner
check this place out, used to be Stan's, just a name change. Stan's still there, food's still great. Emphasis on beers, great selections. Check it out.
