This place is great, the service is awesome. Everyone working is really chill and friendly the whole time (I don't even remotely understand what people are talking about when they say the service is sub-par). The pizza is good and they hook you up with big slices. I recommend it.

the pizza isn't "amazing." there are tons of places to get pizza in NYC, there's really no reason to come here. however, if you do happen to stumble in here, try the white slice; everything else is "questionable."

This is what Franklin ave has been needing all along--a good slice joint that also offers more unique options and pizzeria traditional stuff (like rice balls!). All well done. Little pricey but they don't cook with cheap ingredients. Love it. Service is just fine. But some people who are new to the neighborhood are awful customers so maybe I'd be rude to them too?

It's officially now my new place for pizza.

I have no idea what people are talking about. The service at Rosco's is fine. I've always felt that the people who work there are very friendly and helpful (and I've been there many, many times). They're not obsequious or fawning, which might be what some entitled trustafarian hipsters are used to. The atmosphere is excellent, and the pizza is top notch.

The pizza is good but the customer service is poor. Never felt welcomed by the cashier. I ordered a slice and they ran out and said nothing to me. I finally go ask and was told that they ran out and it was not their fault. Cashier was rude and I requested to speak to manger. I've boycotted the place since.

Poor service and mediocre pies.
