Delivery is horrendous.
If you have ever tried getting delivery from Rosa Mexicana it is horrendous. We used to dine their frequently, but some time ago I think in 2008 they started delivery. We have ordered 3 times since and once they were on time (i.e., within the 45 minute estimate they gave), but the other 2 times they were over 2 hours late. They could care less it seems for their delivery service. Do not bother. The food is good, but pricey, but your best option is to dine in. Stay away from delivery.

great place
The food and service were great! Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend it and can't wait to go there again.

Pretty Good, but $14 for Guac? No way!
Very good food here. I believe it is some of the best food in the city. However, I think 14 bucks for a bowl of guacamole is a little much. I can make just as good guacamole at home for about 6 bucks and its amazing if I do not say so myself. The steak is very good and worth the 25 bucks, but I do not think the guac is worth 14 dollars. Very good though. Go here if you want to splurge.

disappointed
My friend and I went to Rosa Mexicano for a few quick drinks and guacamole. we had an hour and a half to kill before a movie. For starter s the guac was dissapointing. Very bland. And for $14.00 you would expect a little more. Barely enough for two people. And by the way bring a fork, cause you're going to have to do most of the mashing yourself. The drinks weren't bad but they took so long that a few drinks turned into one. My firsttime there and I don't think I'll be back.

Really Great Food and Ambiance!
The food at Rosa's, while a little on the expensive side, is really worth it for a special night out. There is usually a wait and the place can get a little noisy at times, but I feel that the ambiance and interesting, high-quality food makes it a worthwhile place to go. For those on a budget, make sure to get the guacamole (they make it at your table - it's so fresh!) and perhaps try the Tacos Al Asador. This dish is so tasty and only $18, making it one of the cheapest entrees on the menu. The ParaĆso De Chocolate dessert is also to die for (ask for it with ice cream, yum!). Try it for a fun night out.

Awesome
The food here was fantastic. The fresh guacamole that they make at your table is fabulous. I had some entree with skirt steak and it was really delicious. It's a bit pricey, but I would definitely come back here for a special occasion.

Poor Experience at Rosa last night
Having been to Rosa many times, I had high expectations for our group of 10 for dinner last night. We were seated in a nook straight back past the bar where there was no air or ventilation it must've been about 85 degrees back there. After the dessert dishes were cleared, they basically asked us to leave because they were getting busy. The Manager was extremely rude. I asked if he was trying to get us to leave and he said "Yes, look how busy we are". Time critical expectations should be set upon making the reservation. This was a business event which occurs every 4-6 weeks, and we will never have it at Rosa Mexicano again.
