Slow delivery of tasteless food
This restaurant is NEXT DOOR. It took an hour-- and I called twice to remind them. When the noodles came they barely had any flavor whatsoever. That's it. Utter mediocrity-- or worse.

OK food; Poor service!
If you want to feel like you're out somewhere, then go to this place, but there are so many other Thai restaurants in this part of town that provide a better experience. The food, in general, tastes good, but it is overly sugary. They seem to replace cooking technique with sugar and salt. The service, however, is poor. After waiting 45 minutes for a table, despite our reservation, they finally sat us. Then, the entire meal, they were grabbing plates before we were done with them. And this wasn't just once. This was every course for every person. They had no interest in letting their customers enjoy their meal and their company. It felt like lunch in Chinatown, and being asked to leave the second you take your last bite. Dim lights and mirrors on the ceiling are just a distraction from the uncomfortable, rushed environment. Go for a more peaceful meal elsewhere.

I go here all the time it's great. They have great food and ok service. The food makes up for it though.

Never again
Delivery estimate was 15 to 30 minutes. Our delivery arrived 75 minutes, later. Around one hour into this, I called the restaurant to see where our food was. The first man I spoke with tried to brush off the question without asking me any details about the delivery at all, telling me brusquely that "oh, it'll be there, soon." When I asked him to check on the specific order, he handed the phone over to a woman. I asked her about how long the order would take and she said "I don't know! How should I know? The delivery guy left with it already." Food is pretty run of the mill Americanized Thai and not bad for this genre, but portions are stingy. It is certainly not good enough to justify the very poor service. Last order from us, ever.
