I go here all the time it's great. They have great food and ok service. The food makes up for it though.

The food is great. Delivery is always 30 minutes

Delivery estimate was 15 to 30 minutes. Our delivery arrived 75 minutes, later. Around one hour into this, I called the restaurant to see where our food was. The first man I spoke with tried to brush off the question without asking me any details about the delivery at all, telling me brusquely that "oh, it'll be there, soon." When I asked him to check on the specific order, he handed the phone over to a woman. I asked her about how long the order would take and she said "I don't know! How should I know? The delivery guy left with it already." Food is pretty run of the mill Americanized Thai and not bad for this genre, but portions are stingy. It is certainly not good enough to justify the very poor service. Last order from us, ever.

i moved to this neighborhood recently, so am still finding all my favorite food spots. when i got a craving for pad thai tonight i decided to order from room service. awesome. i ordered online and my confirmation email said that it would be at least 30-45 minutes, which was a bit long, but i could deal with it. 15 minutes later i was contemplating getting a snack to hold me over (i was really, really hungry), when my door bell rang! there was my food, piping hot and perfectly delicious. maybe a few too many bean sprouts for my taste, but otherwise a really nice pad thai (with chicken), and a good size serving for the price.

the noodles sat in my stomach all day it was gross. the 48th location is amazing though, and everyone i know seems to agree with me. this location doesnt even have the sesame tofu :( (which is outstanding btw)
