Poor Delivery Service
I waited over an hour for lunch delivery. After 55 minutes of waiting, I asked for them to send another order since the delivery person was clearly lost, and they refused, despite the fact that we order from them all the time. Never again.

Given all the thai in this area, a nicer option good food
This place has a nice vibe inside. The food was quite good - I ordered the tuna tartare which was amazing and the duck pad thai which I really enjoyed. Prices were reasonable (though certainly not cheap). Would recommend as a change of scenery vs. the million hole in the wall (but tasty) thai places on 9th.

Slow Delivery
This place should be named "Bad Service". Multiple times I have now ordered delivery and they have taken over 75 minutes to deliver. This is definitely the last time I will order from this place.

The decor is unique
Overall I think the decor is better than the food.

Rude service
Their food is 4/5 but service is subpar. I finally stopped ordering from them after three poor deliveries. They call to come downstairs but when I go to pick up no one is there. When I called to find out, the guy talks rudely if I want to cancel the order.

Why you so close
The food is everything great place for a quick bite before the club or a movie but I don't like the fact of the closeness of the seats....

The word "Service" does not belong in their name
The hostess whom answered the phone with a sweet voice, was so QUICK to hang up on me. The delivery guy also very quick to hang up the phone on me. I want to know, Since when do we stop using the word "thank you", "good-bye" and "have a nice day"? I understand people are busy. But if you have the word "service" in your name. Do not forget you are providing something other than good food.
