My Final Order
Delivery of my order took an hour and when I opened it, part was missing. Called and was told that it would be sent right out. Then three other people proceeded to call me, the first to say the sauce was in the bag (which it wasn't), the second to apologize and say the sauce was on its way, the third said the same but said the sauce would take 30-40 minutes to arrive. I asked to speak to the manager, which she said she was. I told her I would not wait 30-40 minutes for their mistake, and that I would be more than happy to bring the food back myself for a full refund if they couldn't get the sauce to me in 20 minutes or less. The sauce arrived, and the delivery boy tried to collect money for it! I have had delivery issues with Room Service before, but always ignored it because the food is delicious, but this was the last straw. Avoid the huge hassle and don't order from Room Service!

Great food, poor service!
The food at Room Service is really good. The ambiance is also quite decent- the decor is modern and glitzy with a heaping chandelier in the center of the restaurant. And the cocktails are good and moderately priced to boot! It is just the poor delivery service - food never came, and the weak service once you are seated. The busboys are stellar though, and clearly keep things running smoothly, making the servers look better. But that isn't unique to Room Service. However you will eat and drink well, and leave happily full and satisfied, for the most part.

So disappointed please don't do it to Urself
Besides the fact that it took over 45 min to get to me and I live 3 blocks away,. The pad Thai was absolutely Unedible .. I don't know how it's even possible to mess up pad Thai but they did it with flying colors. Never again will I order from them.

Poor Delivery Service
I waited over an hour for lunch delivery. After 55 minutes of waiting, I asked for them to send another order since the delivery person was clearly lost, and they refused, despite the fact that we order from them all the time. Never again.

Given all the thai in this area, a nicer option good food
This place has a nice vibe inside. The food was quite good - I ordered the tuna tartare which was amazing and the duck pad thai which I really enjoyed. Prices were reasonable (though certainly not cheap). Would recommend as a change of scenery vs. the million hole in the wall (but tasty) thai places on 9th.

Slow Delivery
This place should be named "Bad Service". Multiple times I have now ordered delivery and they have taken over 75 minutes to deliver. This is definitely the last time I will order from this place.

The decor is unique
Overall I think the decor is better than the food.
