Best drunk delivery!
Nothing more nothing less! Best delivery I had in a long time. The huge cheesy pie was super fresh and delicious! Great sauce! It was here 15 mins later on Sunday at 2:30am even after they were supposed to be closed up. The guy on the other end must have been "hard of hearing" because I had to repeat myself 8x but other than that this place can't be beat for late night nosh!

It Is What It Is
This place on Delancy fringes on Chinatown. Its good for one thing and one thing only: picking up a late night slice when your starving and dont want to deal w/ shady the Chinese food joints. Very good slices, decent value. If you are on the LES and want a slice and a can of soda, it can't be beat. Otherwise, you should already know better.

not good at all
The service is subpar. I called to place a pick-up order and the man that answered told me it would be 15 mins. 15 minutes later I arrived and he had forgotten to start my order. He then slowly prepares my order without apologizing. A half hour later when I tried to pay with a credit card he couldn't figure out how to work his machine. The service is no good and the food is not worth it.

An Unhappy Customer
I've given this place way too many chances over the years but I've really had enough... tonight, I ordered a pizza from them for the first time in a long time. It took an hour to get it to me, and it wasn't hot... I wouldn't even say it was warm... it obviously had been made and then sat around for a half hour or more before they delivered... it was barely edible as the cheese had already hardened, but I didn't want to have to wait another half hour for a fresh pie. It's ridiculous and this is just par for the course with Rocket Joe's... I generally think their pizza is good when fresh but with a Two Boots closer to me, I'll just go with them because if I'm going to shell out for delivery, I want the food hot and fresh... this place needs to get their shit together. They've been around too long to be so incompetent.

Great for take-out
As you can see from the ratings, the value and food are excellent, while the service and value are not-so-excellent. That results in a great take-out place. Sesame seed crusts and a great tomato sauce. They really make a good pizza. My only complaint would be that if you get toppings, they use them sparingly.
