Skip Roc restaurant
The food and drinks are bland and overpriced. We went to Roc last night - and when the bill came, we were a bit shocked. $20 glass of Prosecco, $15 side of Spinach, $13 side of french fries, and a $15 brownie for dessert!. Roc isn't the caliber of restaurant to be able to charge the same as BLT Fish or Nobu. If you're looking for a delicious meal in Tribeca, Skip Roc Restaurant.

Roc rocks!
I am always pleased when I order from Roc. I recently had the linguini w/shrimp francese and it was scrumptious! They always send nice bread and sometimes will even throw in cookies. :)

Awesome!
The food is great and the people could not be nicer. We take our kids and they feel right at home, except the food is better. Great place for a romantic evening or a family night out.

delicious
i read some of the negative reviews and I just don't understand them. I eat at/order from Roc all the time, and it is really delicious. The pasta is really fresh and everything I've ever ordered is wonderful. I recommend the raviolini burratta (i think that's what it's called), which is a pumpkin ravioli....sooooo good! delivery is really fast too!

Disappointing lunch salad!
I got the pear & walnut salad from the lunch menu, and it was awful! First, the size was miniscule. Also, there was barely any green in the salad - it was mostly shaved pear with a few candied walnuts, a bit of blue cheese, and just a couple of pieces of endive thrown in. That would have all been OK, however, if it wasn't for the extremely sugary dressing. I honestly think they just poured sugar water all over the salad instead of using actual dressing. The waiter was nice enough not to charge us for my salad (my companion's chopped salad was only mediocre as well), but he didn't check in the beginning to make sure we were OK with our salads. I left hungry and got a salad at Jin Market on my way back to work.

Sort of so so
My husband & I had dinner here last weekend. The room is very cosy and nicely lit. They can do with out the techno music, which is too loud and very 80's. The food came quickly and was nicely presented. My husband's pasta was very good but my entree, veal milanese, came with a large piece of plastic wrap mixed in the the salad topping which had been billed on the menu as arugala, but was, in face, chopped romaine lettuce. There was also a very bizzare mustard based dressing instead of the typical vinaigrette. Not expecting more than an apology for these mistakes, the waiter indicated he would tell the chef about the plastic wrap and gave me the explanation that the kitchen must have run out of arugala. No sorries offered. The indifferent attitude of the waiter annoyed me. Given the number of truly good Italian restuarants in the city, I don't find myself chomping at the bit to go back to this restaurant.
