I have been to many Italian restaurants, but none with nearly a dozen different veal dishes. I have had 3, and all three were absolutely phenominal. Old fashioned, quiet, but very distinguished and fine dining experience overall. Authentic italian waiters and workers add to the atmosphere. Guaranteed top 5 Italian food in manhattan period.

This is one of those places where the waiters are looking to work an extra buck any way they can. The specials prices are not printed and when you ask for something a little different the price automatically goes to $30. There are so many places in NYC where you are just going to get worked for every nickel the establishment can suck out of you and this place is no different. Lasagne was not nearly as good as I can whip up in my own kitchen, and the Linguine and clams is one huge plate of clams, like 30-40 on the plate and very little pasta. A classic example of trying to showboat with volume but missing the goal of balance. Stuffy and way overpriced.
