What an amazing experience, consistently
Its hands down one of my favorite spots in Hells Kitchen. Its a pity they have a tiny location or else I would be there even more often. I have taken a lot of friends there over last 4-5 years and everyone consistently has the same feedback -- the flatbreads are unexpectedly delicious, all the toppings are genuinely flavorful. More than that, you get the feeling the kitchen is making a true effort to please a customer's palate and eyes. The servers are very friendly and accommodating, given the small space. Even though Hells Kitchen has a hopping food scene and choice of various cuisines, Riposo offers a truly unique dining experience.

Not just the best brunch -- the best food item ever
The citrus brioche french toast is the best food item I ever had-- we got it plain with no fruit just syrup and it was delicious. Crusty on the outside, eggy on the inside -- it was the best food ever. It was worth the wait -- and there is a wait for food since the kitchen is tiny. But the wait staff are so friendly and $4 bloody marys are amazing! This place is very small and a bit cramped perhaps but cozy and again the staff is so great. Will definitely be back and to the one on 72nd St.

A drop by..not a stand still
OK. Here us how I feel after JUST leaving this establishment. The wine was awesome (NZ Sauv Blanc called Mohua by the bottle). The markup? 400%. Yes, a $12 bottle of wine is $45. SO, take into account the amazing ambiance, great flat- breads/touch your palate pre a REAL dinner and the wonderful company with whom you hopefully share your night....it is worth it. Just know...the service is kind but spotty, the place is tiny so grab the bar if you can (likely not an option so you will be seated at a 4 top) and everything is overpriced. In other words...you will look back on the night with smiles (come the check) if the people you are with are stellar. Because sometimes, the people are all that matter. Riposo 46 is great when diffused with company that you enjoy.

Wonderful find in the middle of Hell
We came here on a friend's recommendation for a pre-show dinner and were totally blown away! The food was wonderful - especially the mussels and mushroom flat bread. Incredible foods for a wine bar. We will definitely be back. Oh, and be sure to get dessert - they are to die for!

Generous pours and good food
Went here last night with two friends after having walked by this place hundreds of times. Was very pleased! Very attentive service by a waiter who really knew his wines; tastes of everything; and very generous pours. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Oh, and the flatbreads are YUMMY.

Civility In A World Gone Mad
I've ended more than one evening spent in louder, bigger venues by swining into Riposo for a glass of wine and a chance to sort of unwind. Small, cozy, intimate... pick any word you like, but what matters is that you wind up getting a neighborhood wine bar kinda of feel. Brunch is fantastic. Limited drink selection available at brunch, but you'd be surprised the quality of the food that comes out of their tiny kitchen. The food is simple, delicious and a good deal. Wines can get a bit pricey, but it's worth every penny given that Riposo gives you a respite from the hustle and bustle of NYC.
