I just picked up on my order of a medium anaconda pizza with sausage as an extra topping. When I showed up, the girl between the counter was on the phone, completely ignoring me. All the guys were standing around joking and laughing. Mind you no one was in that pizza place. I've had great slices from Rigoletto, that's why I decided to order a whole pizza from them tonight. Turned out the girl thought that I didn't want sausage. And she blamed it on me for having a quiet voice. I guess she never heard my angry voice. I repeated the order to her twice, asking for an extra topping of sausage. I didn't even want to take the pizza, that was how angry I was. Their service was atrocious, especially with her tone of voice. She didn't even want to apologize for her screwing of the order. I'm not impressed with their quality of their service. They clearly had way too much time on their hands to do nothing. I would not be spending another dime at this place.

Rigoletta could not successfully deliver the right order to my home placed over 1 hr. ago. I'm also not sure what type of restaurant has voicemail and NEVER answers. A definite skip.

I was on my way to Magnolia's and I decided to give this place a try. I just bought 1 slice for me and my two daughters because I was not sure if I was going to like it but then once we tried it i had to buy two more slices. The sauce, the cheese and the crunchy crust were the perfect combination.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Mushrooms smelled, tasted worse, and the spinach was clearly from a can. Despite trying to salvage, the entire pizza was still inedible. Seriously, we had to throw the ENTIRE pizza away.

I can't understand any bad reviews for these place. slice of heaven's got it right. This pizza can't be beat. We are now going there once a week. Two of us share 3 slices, always one plain with that great cilantro sauce dotted hither and thither. These people are not rude! If they are rude to you you must've been rude to them first. They are sweet and hard working and excellent pizza preparers. The crust is fantastic, the sauce superb. So many toppings to choose from, artichoke is wonderful. The other day I had a salad for the first time, never wanted to pay $5 for what looked like a simple iceberg salad. It was one of the best salads I've had in ages, crunchy, cold, great dressing. Rigoletto is the best.

Great, low-key, family pizza place. Very nice and accommodating. Best of all, a great NY slice in my neighborhood!

Delicious, inexpensive, and great atmosphere. It's a pizza place, what more do you need? Yummy condiments and different pizza topping combos to suit all tastes. Try the special sauces near all the other DIY condiments - Dynamite!
