Westside Gem
This is the best pizza up here. The ingredients are fresh and the crusts are thin and crisp, although it is not "thin crust pizza". If you are walking a long distance from downtown and stop in here it will be very savory. This place is very efficient. I don't expect atmosphere in a take out pizza place, but this is really a comfortable spot. They have dipping sauces and I tried the basil. I will be back!

No Stoller Policy is a Big Plus
No selfish stroller customers clogging the aisles is great. Will definitely frequent the place after hearing about this good policy !!!

Beware: Stroller discrimination!
No pizza place on the Upper West Side should have a no stroller policy. It is absurd! I will never go back.

Good for dine in or carry out, bad delivery
Pizza is good when dining in and take out but not reliable at all for delivery! I placed an order and they said it would be 15 min for delivery. 45 minutes later I called asking where my pizza was and they said they did not have an order for me.

Not mom or baby friendly!
Beware of mommy discrimination for throwing out a mom and her baby in a stroller who came in before noon and tried pick up a piece of pizza to go! The restaurant had one table seated and no one at the counter; but that was apparently not acceptable to the staff who would not accomodate a to-go order. There are better places to patronize.

never going back....and not because of the food
The no stroller policy is ridiculous. We were kicked out at 11:40am on a weekday for walking in with a stroller to place a take-out order! Employee on a power trip? Wonder if this is the owner's true intention... A shame, because we order in from Rigoletto or pick-up food frequently.
