Deeply Disappointed
I just came from having dinner with my girlfriend at this place and I must say that I was deeply disappointed. Their service was really bad, we had to ask them to take our order. Never came up to ask for what we wanted to drink, eat, or even if we needed anything else once we had gotten our order. The waitress was really awkward and distant and did not seem like she was even there to serve us, instead just standing around talking to her friend (also a waitress) for most of the time. There were even long periods where there was no waitress on the floor, as they were both in the back. The food itself was extremely mediocre. Not worth the cost, which is not even that high. The sauce that came with the Chicken Spices tasted burned and was very inexpertly prepared. Besides not having Spicy Noodles (which most Thai places do have) they had a very inaccurate menu which did not tell you what was in the dishes you ordered. Stuck between 2 chicken dishes, I went with the Chicken Spices instead of the Ta Kral because they said that in the latter there were onions. Well, guess what? Chicken Spices had onions too. And guess what else? I'm allergic. So, being completely starving I chose to just fish out the chicken bits. The sauce that my chicken was in was over-burnt or whatever you want to call that. Overall, it was edible, yes, but not something I would ever get again. I was hungry all day, and that was my first meal (at 6pm) and I was shocked that I could find any food to be mediocre-tasting at that point. Additionally, there was no real side to the chicken, and I had to pay, yes, pay, for a bowl of sticky rice as my side, which was not even prepared properly. It was sticky, I'll give them that, but it was microwaved, and the rice was already tasting rubbery as if it had been refrigerated for several hours, or maybe even overnight. The icing on the cake was that my girlfriend wanted some milk, and when I asked for some, I was told that they didn't have any. I have a hard time believing that any restaurant would not have milk, especially one that has sauces, coffee, and Thai iced tea (which is about all of them, with the exception of the Thai iced tea). The only upside to this place was that the bathrooms were nice, according to my girlfriend. This is definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone. Not a good experience, and even me with my sweet tooth was put off of dessert.

Yum!
Great Thai iced teas as well as appetizers. Pad ke mow was amazing as well as green tea ice cream. They gave three scoops for dessert which was totally awesome

I've been going to Rice Thai ever since it opened, and I am always satisfied! The employees are very friendly and the food is so delicious. I highly recommend beef pad si yew and shrimp with glass noodles!

Eh. Whatever.
That's how I feel about this food...whatever. It wasn't anything special and I have to believe I can do better. The pad thai was fine, but the shrimp was obviously from a can and had no flavor. The beef fried rice also had no flavor whatsoever and the green chicken curry was just average. The one great thing I can say is that their delivery is incredibly fast.

Great Food
I have been eating at this place for almost two years and have had absolutely no problem with the food. Everything is very delicious, especially their salads. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also very nice.
