Taco Tuesday!
A surf bar in midtown?! YES!! As their sign says upstairs "This place is awesome." Went here for "Taco Tuesday"$3 Fish, Veggie, or Pork Tacos. All were great, Fish were sublime. $3 Sauza tequila shots too. And mucho cute girls. This is THE place to go in midtown.

No Good
The "special" was a $5 slider! For one! The HH beer was $5 for a bottle of South American beer that costs 25 cents in country. The "theme" is accomplished by a lame assortment of beach related items - one wall is solely adorned with a beach towel on a hook. It is like if somebody decorated their basement bar for a surf party. Basement locale obviously doesn't help sell the beach vibe either. Oh, and no draft beer.

Sat night happy hour!
So i did some research and went on a whim and brought 12 people to reunion for drinks and food, never being there before I was skeptical. We were so impressed! Great atmosphere, great music. We found out it was happy hour on a saturday night.. which obviously added to our excitement... fun food with a gourmet twist! Friendly service! Overall great experience!

Fun place / Recommend
I believe it just opened within past month or so. I would recommend this place if your looking for a casual spot for a drink , bite or happy hour. I thought the food was excellent, the short rib sliders were great, fish taco's...all great. It's a little dim inside because its a basement but they did the best they can to brighten it up with a surf theme and the movie Endless Summer movie being piped in on the tv loop. Bartenders were attentitive and nice. As far as "value" I can't rate that because I didn't see the bill. I would definitly return and recommend it.
