    Nice For What It Is

Not going to blow your sox off, but a dependable place to get a good meal.

    Disappointed

After reading some good reviews, we were disappointed with the food. The bread tasted stale and my hanger steak was tasty, but tough. The other entree, a halibut, I believe, was fairly ordinary. The decor was poor, but the service and wine were great.

    A blizzard was raging!!

Was taken here by my NY-based family on 19 December - we were quite mad to be out in such weather. This was more than made up for by the superb food, service and attention we received; rated Resto Leon well above a much higher pried establishment we had visited the previous night. Will ALWAYS make a bee-line for you when visiting. Diolch yn fawr.

    Such a cute place!

This place is great. Mussels are so good, and the warm goat cheese salad is the best I've ever had. Service was superb -- Stephanie (our waitress) is very helpful and really nice. Only downfall is that it's cash only.

    Fabulous Moules Frites

I was there last Saturday night and found the service and food to be fantastic. A friend and I shared some escargots, which were cooked perfectly and in a delicious sauce. The moules were perfectly cooked, and had a tender and sweet quality that were exquisite. Even the bread was delicious. There was not a large selection of wines by the glass, but the Cotes du Rhone was good. Though we didn't order lots of food and did sit chatting forever, we did not feel rushed, nor were we ignored. We wre very happy also that it wasn't too loud there. I will be back.

    Salt

Once again it seems this restaurant is scared of salt, this is not a condo complex in Florida. People come here to have food cooked for them, they do not want " low salt" food. Please season the food in the kitchen,do not plonk the food down with a salt shaker!. It does not work like that..will i be back..maybe for a glass of wine, the service was good.

    not that good

While the special mushroom gnocchi was excellent, the tenderloin and my friend's shortrib were both overcooked to the point of dryness. On top of that, they were out of all but 2 kinds of red wine. The place was half empty on a Friday night at 9, and rightly so.
