    Poor service and substandard food

The price for the quality is imbalanced, the food tasted plain, and the portions were small, and the prices are through the roof. Do they think that people have money to burn, or there isn't any other restaurant that you can get better tasting food, for literally 30% of the price they charge here.

    Not worth a trip downtown

You can pay high prices and get bad service in midtown!

My sister and I stopped in to get a drink. The restaurant was closed and not scheduled to open until 5:00pm (we arrived at 3:00pm). The staff went above and beyond and invited us in anyway! Made my day and they have amazing drinks!

After reading a few negative reviews, i was highly skeptical about celebrating my 40th there. I'm a foodie and I can appreciate a good meal. I arrived, cautiously optimistic, and I have to say; I was blown away! First off, the place is gorgeous. If ambience is not your thing, the service was spot-on. The place was CROWDED at 7PM (yes, we made reservations,) nevertheless, there was a waiter at our table within moments of our arrival. We weren't in a fish mood so we skipped the many sushi options, and we chose a few appetizers. The appetizers were delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the ribs. The food was beautifully presented and arrived less than ten minutes after we ordered it. The main dish also arrived in an extremely timely manner, and was really good. Although you have to order your sides separately, as they are not included on the plate, they were all fresh and delicious, even, dare I say, inventive. The desserts were all heavenly, (we splurged and got a few of them! Hey, you're only 40 once!) and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who doesn't mind spending a few extra dollars on a good meal. I do have to admit that my steak was a bit overcookedl. My husband's medium-well came out perfect, though, so I've got to assume it was an honest mistake. Bottom line? The service and ambience was TOP NOTCH and the food was really a treat. If you're on a tight budget, this place is not for you. We certainly did! Thank you, Reserve Cut! Job well done!

    Not Recommeneded

Second time around and definitely last. Overrated, expensive, food is bland, service was subpar, to say the least (server was reading specials from some booklet, strange). Decor, ambiance mostly positive...and thats about it....
