    Not recommended

Yes the lower east side needs a 24 hour diner of some sort in the neighborhood, but Remedy is not the answer. At first I was excited to find a quick easy diner in the hood. But after going there I realize it is more of a headache than a solution. First of all the wait for brunch is ridiculous with no sort of organization, people stand in the front of the door and just stare at the other patrons while waiting. There is only one person at the counter handling the payments and the seating which was too much for her to handle. Some of the waitstaff do not know english that well and you have to repeat your order so many times or make it crystal clear. We waited 15 minutes just to get coffee. On another late nite visit, (not sure why I went back but it was the only 24 hr resource) I ordered a burger only to find a piece of meat on top of a cold bun. no lettuce, no tomato no french fries, nothing. My friend ordered pasta which was dry no flavor or anything. I don't know if the staff was trying to take advantage of us thinking we were drunk, which we were not, but everything was subpar.

    Not good at all

I have never had such a terrible meal at a diner. Actually I never had such a terrible meal anywhere. Spanakopita tasted like chemicals. Penne ala vodka was worse. Like slop. I should have just boiled some pasta and dumped some generic ala vodka sauce on it it would have tasted better. Ordered a boylans soda in a bottle, recieved a small cup with ice and fountain root beer. Delivery took nearly an hour. Now I know why this place is always empty.

Me and a group of friends went there today for the first time. I had heard a lot of good things so I was really had to go. Well, It was worth it and I would definately be back. The food was great, all my friends including myself loved the food. The service was awesome and the decor was really nice. It had a warm feeling to it. Great place, will be back for more.

    no complaints

Our server was very attentive. The food was good for diner food, decent prices, hot and worth the visit. What surprised me was when we were given refills on coffees and had not gotten to them as we were busy eating, the waiter came and offered a fresh cup, brought new cups and brought a new pot for us. Unheard of for most les restaurants let alone at a diner. He definitely went out of his way and I enjoyed the place.
