Finally a good diner on the LES
I have ordered delivery several times from this place and have had one miss when I ordered a burger that came with a beef patty and a bun, but over all everything has been delicious. Eating there is also pretty good. They always seem to be a bit short staffed or training, but the food, charm and prices make up for it. I have not had a bad meal there and their fried chicken is great! They make good food and the eggs are cheep compared with every other diner around. I am glad remedy is there and I hope it hangs around. It is a nice addition to the neighborhood.

Three strikes, you're out!
I've ordered from or eaten at this place three times and they can't get it right. The fries and cold, they forget to put mayo on the sandwiches and the service is terrible. I just had the worst turkey club of my life. The people working at Remedy need to turn off the television, stop gossiping in the corner and start (at least attempt) to run a New York diner.

I love this place!
I love Remedy Diner! I've always had friendly, fast service and the food has always been great. Mind you, I come in every single week with a group of about 12 or so, around 2am (after a show). So, the place is usually not very busy. But, it's nice that the servers don't forget that we're there and our waters are always refilled. Our orders are correct and the food is good. I don't know what people are expecting out of a diner, but I don't think you could get much better in Manhattan, price-wise or service-wise. Remedy is great!

Great Variety of Food
I've now been here four times and have had the burgers, sandwiches, and pasta. All of which were huge and delicious. They even give you jalepenos and pickles on the side! The onion rings are awesome, as are the fries. The inside of the dinner is very nice too. The place is new so it seems like the waiters are still learning but they are very nice. A must try for anyone in the neighborhood.

bland
The cooks here need to discover things like salt, acid, and heat. I had about the blandest steak salad I could ever think of....unseasoned overcooked meat piled atop a huge salad without dressing, topped by some of the blandest homemade salsa I could ever imagine. If I wasn't on my third beer, I don't think I could've even eaten this. Who the hell serves a salad entree without any dressing whatsoever?

not good
This place is total junk. Had a terrible meal here. Turkey sandwich as plain as can be - stale bread, skimpy portion. Service was terribly slow. Would stay far away from this place.

How can a diner not have pickles?
We were very excited to have a diner in the LES, only to find out that sandwiches can't have pickles because they didn't have any, and that to deliver (2 blocks away) 2 soups and 1 salad it takes more than 1hr and 15 minutes! After 50 minutes we called and they said that the order wasn't ready yet... How is that possible? Don't recommend it... I'm still looking for a good diner in the area...
