Overpriced
People who answer the phone are usually snappy and food is way too overpriced for the bland flavor. Order of nachos an oreo milkshake and a slice of red velvet cake was $23.30 and delivery took over 40 min even tho I'm only 5 blocks away. I called to cancel for that price san locos up the block on stanton has a way better value anyways.

I love Remedy they deliver 24/7 Its great being drunk and having someone bring you food at 4am !

Excellent
I love that this place is 24 hrs. The service is fast, efficient and well, not so much friendly if it's late at night but they always come through. You have got to try the Philly cheesteak sandwich sub thing. It is sooooooooooo good.. possibly one of the best Philly cheese steak sandwiches in the country. Hands DOWN. get in there.. try it.. don't believe the haters, Remedy is awesome

Poor service & food
My recent trip to Remedy Diner 245 E. Houston St NYC NY was a disappointing experience. The server was hostile, the food was not fresh and the order was continually messed up. I have been there a number of times but this will be the last. I would recommend not going to this place.

Seriously, don't go
Delivery is the worst in town, consistently . Food takes forever and meals show up excluding ingredients (almost every time). They screw up orders in some way without failure. Dining in is bad as well. With the exception of one staff member, staff acts like they don't welcome customers, very disrespectful. Food is overpriced for quality. I've gotten homefries/hash browns encrusted on my fruit salad, which tastes as though they ran it under the sink to clean off the last meal.
