served with gala applik martini: 1 1/2 oz stoli gala applik, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz agave nectar, 1 oz apple juice, 2 basil leaves (don't muddle just throw in), shake and serve up, garnish with a red apple slice   
Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur Cupcake blood orange cake with raspberry colored frosting and blood orange sugar crystals on top.   
served with solerno cocktail: 1 1/2 oz solerno, 5 raspberries, 1 oz pineapple juice, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, 1/4 oz simple syrup, muddle raspberries, add other ingredients and shake well, serve up in a martini glass, garnish with a raspberry on a pick   
Jameson Reserve Irish Whiskey And Espresso Cupcake chocolate & espresso cake with choc & espresso frosting; finished with gold powder.   
served with: irish espresso martini, 1 1/2 oz jameson, 1 oz espresso freshly brewed and allowed to cool, 1/2 oz milk, 1/2 oz simple syrup, combine ingredients and shake very well serve up in a martini glass, garnish with chocolate covered espresso bean   
Pyrat Rum And Ginger Cupcake ginger colored cake with ginger colored frosting, finished with ginger cookie crumbles on top   
served with pyrat cocktail: 1 1/2 oz pyrat, 1/2 oz hunger syrup, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, fill with ginger beer, build over ice in a tall glass, garnish with a lemon wheel
