Best Chinese take-out in the Slope
Great for vegetarians and meat eaters! Fast delivery and good food.

Hell is better!
Every single thing we ordered was disappointing. ie burnt lo mein, raw broccoli, bland chicken wings, over cooked shrimp toast, steamed chicken with vegetables that had no meat. The whole staff sat and watched us eat the entire time and also hovered over us. The waitress was not friendly until she received her tip. It is unfortunate because I have been coming here for many years with my family. We will never step foot in here again. Red Hot is no longer Hot!

Favorite Chinese restaurant ever - Great for vegetarians!
Healthy and tasty! We have been loyal customers for over 7 years. What sets Red Hot apart from all other Chinese restaurants is the freshness of their ingredients and the unique flavors of their sauces. We are vegetarian and LOVE all of their choices - which are many. Favorite dishes include Golden Green Jade, Bean Curd Orange Flavor, General Tso's Bean Curd (not on menu, but they will make it for you). Also AWESOME are the Shanghai Style Vegetable Dumplings - they melt in your mouth - and the scallion pancakes. The fried rice is delicious and never too greasy. Sauteed Chinese Broccoli or Choy Sum are really worth trying.

Best Chinese in Brooklyn, maybe even NYC
I have no idea what most people are complaining about. Bad food? Poor service? We've been to Red Hot twice, and each time we've been served fast. They bring you free crunchy noodles to dip in duck sauce as an appetizer (akin to free chips 'n' salsa in Mexican restaurants). But the best part is the quality of the food for good prices. The vegetables and meats are fresh and flavorful. If you live in Park Slope, this is a great find.

Customer Service Issues
Have loved this place for a long time. Just ordered the same order I've had over 20 times. However, this time it arrived without sauce and I spent 1 hour fixing their mistake. No sense that they give a ounce about truly taking care of their customers.
