Favorite chinese food in town
Red Bowl is our favorite place for chinese food, the people who work there are always extremely friendly and they always get our order right. The food is delicious and not overly priced. I highly recommend Red Bowl, i've been hooked on it since i first moved to williamsburg

still the best
It's true, 2+ ago Red Bowl was even better than it is now. They used to go the extra mile - special touches like candied walnuts with your spring rolls, larger servings and they had a sweet almost loving staff. It's lost it's shimmer somewhat since going bare minimum, but the food is still damn good. Pricey but worth it. The Szechuan Fried Rice is my crack. They used to make it so spicy I couldn't get through two bites. Now I have to ask for it extra spicy for that sweaty heat. Crab Rangoons are phenom. Spring Rolls are so good, but a little pricey for what you get. The crispy beef has become my new favorite, but general tso's is an old standby. I've had a lot of other items on the menu, all above average. Fingers crossed they start going the extra mile again!

All around great!
Me & my boyfriend LOVE this place!!!! The food is great & it isn't pricey at all, the staff here is so friendly( one of the dudes even showed me & my boyfriend a funny card trick!)... The fried ice cream has to be my favorite & they have different flavors !!!

not good
They never give condiments, even if you ask. Small portions and mediocre taste, reminds me of Chinese food you would get in a mall. The service has on more than one occasion had me repeat my order 3 times after putting me on hold. I will never order from them again, and i would never recommend this place to anyone.

Best Spring Rolls!
I ordered their veggie spring rolls today and while they were on the greasy side they were so tasty that I felt it made up for the excess grease :) I also ordered them as take out which may have contributed to them being more greasy since they went from fryer to take out box. I would still get them again. Yum!

best asian in the burg
after living in williamsburg over 4yr i can say that is the best asian food around. the meat is perfectly cooked , the veggies are steamed exactly right and the fortune cookies are crunchy......
