I ordered breakfast from Ray's this morning and initially I was excited because they serve Dominican food which I love and had everything gone smoothly I would have ordered from them again in the evening to try out their entrees. Well so much for that idea. I ordered French toast, cheddar cheese eggs, ham, hot chocolate and a large Fiji water at 10:50am. I had to repeat my address about 6 times. At 11:30 I get a call from Ray's saying that the dilevery guy is lost and they ask for my address again. At 12:00pm I finally get my food and the delivery guy apologizes and shows me the paper with that was given to him with the wrong address. I open my food and it has syrup spilled all over the food container and all over hot chocolate, the food was ice cold and they forgot my ham. I called Ray's to request my ham. After explaining to 2 ppl I was put on hold for 4 minutes and hung up on. I call back with a stern but not loud tone and was told by a younger man to keep quiet or I will not be able to order from them again and I told him to forget the ham and bring my $$. I heated the French toast and eggs in the microwave the French toast is made on cheap thin white bread and is bereft of any flavor and needs cinnamon and nutmeg. The hot chocolate was good and the eggs were so-so. When the delivery guy came he was given the wrong instructions and was not aware that he was there to give me my refund for the ham. He called Ray's and somene got on the phone with me and starting yelling saying that I'm playing games and he's running a business. I handed the phone back to the delivery guy and he was still yelling even after the delivery guy tried to alert him that I was no longer on the phone. I did receive my refund. The delivery guy was very nice and respectful and it's sad he has to work for such incompetent people. I would never order from here again nor would I reccomend this place!! Order at your own risk.
