one of my favorite ever
definitely one of my favorite places to eat in all of brooklyn and new york. i was born in poland and went back every summer until i was 13 and this is the closest any place has ever hit to home. Raymunds outshines all the restaurants in Green Point and all their courses are amazing. i've brought many american friends there and now they go there even when i'm not around and im proud to say, they love Zywiec as much as i do!! i definitely look for any excuse to go out and eat there.

Best Value in Williamsburg
I lived on the Northside of Williamsburg for 9 years and, pound-for-pound, this was/is perhaps the best restaurant in the area. Food is great, the prices are VERY low (in spite of the never-ending gentrification and skyrocketing real estate prices in the area), and the service is always excellent.

Good taste and reasonable
Traditional Polish food and beer with reasonable price. Almost after 10 yrs, I could taste those familiar dishes here. This is the last place I've visited during my 1 week trip to NY, and became the most valuable place for me. I wish I could visit here again near in the future.

Best Polish Food in town
The best polish food you can have - taste the authentic, home style meals... Large portions that remind you of you grandma's homestyle meals... While the decor is not the most inviting and it is not a place to take your date, it is a great restaurant to satisfy your hunger with TRULLY traditional polish food at very reasonable (ok, cheap) prices.

Go here
This place has some of the best ukranian food i've ever had. The prices are unbelievably cheap, which was great, but i'd have been happy to pay way more for the food--quantity and quality were both above my expectations.
