Ravagh

The first time I was there was last august 2012 and I enjoyed the food a lot. I went there yesterday December 20, 2012 with my daughter and I was really disappointed. The Koobideh was tough and tasteless! I ordered Sambuse for appetizer which was cold and tasteless (it was returned!) and the coffee I ordered was cold coffee!

This place not only has delicious food, good prices, and nice service. All of the meats are actually Halaal Slaughtered! So I can finally eat Iranian food! it's great

I love Persian food, and Ravagh has delicious food. The last two times that I ordered, however, they either sent an incomplete or wrong order. The first time they told me they had run out of pita bread to go with the Mirza Ghademi, so instead of substituting it with Tadigh or charging us less, they just sent it without anything. The second time we ordered Koresht Fesenjan, and they sent something else - but there was definitely no Koresht Fesenjan in the food delivery. Obviously, Ravagh is not very well-organized, and you are rolling the dice when you order with this restaurant.

I had the Khoresh Fesenjan and was blown away. It tasted like nothing I had ever had before, and from someone who has tried a wide variety of food, that is saying something. It was sour and sweet simultaneously, and the rich pomegranate flavor came through delightfully. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a rich sauce with rice. This place was totally worth the price, as the portions were also more than I could eat.

With food this good, I can see why its packed. Get the Lemon Cornish Hen with the cherry rice. Huge plate of great food at a good price. Better food and better value than Persepolis. I'll definitely be back!

Have the kashke bademjoon for appetizer.

Fast delivery and excellent khoresht. The pollo (rice) couldn't have been better.
