Randy's Phenomenal Eats
Posted by Michelle on 08/09/2013
Food is OK. Hospitality is some of the worst I've ever experienced. The people at the front desk were mean and made us feel like WE we're wrong. I will never come back and encourage others to follow my lead.

This is quite honestly one of the poorest burger experiences I've ever had. My girlfriend ordered hers medium, I ordered mine medium-rare. They ignored that and simply overcooked both. I guess you could say they were well done and by well done I mean dry as a bone and lacking any flavor, really nothing was well good or even decent about the burger. They were stingy with the cheddar cheese (it looked like a spoonful of velveta) it didnt taste awful though. The bacon was dry and hard as a rock and most probably had been sitting there since breakfast orders waiting to be a topping on my 'colossal' burger. (Colossal waste of money and colossal heartburn sure.) The onion rings were from a bag and fried in oil that had seen past its better moments. The curly fries (i ordered waffle fries dumb were actually pretty good, also from a bag and fried in overused fry oil. But tasty and seasoned. I'll have to look out for them when I go to the supermarket. However I did order waffle fries and have learned you can't specify anything when ordering from here. Screw the customer they don't know what they want is most probably their motto. Lastly, they charged me a $4 delivery fee. Most probably because no one they order from tips the driver but that leads me back to their relationship with their customers. A total lack of respect. We don't know any better and we're too cheap to tip. The one thing I do know for sure. I will stay clear of Randy's subpar eats from now on. Hey Randy.. Screw you!!
