    Ok Food, Rushed Service

Came with party of 4. The ramen was unimpressive and somewhat pricey, the environment modern but cold, the service rushed, the seating uncomfortable. My bf and I were 10 minutes late and though the place was empty except for a few people at the bar, they refused to seat our friends. We went to sit down and the waitress said "this is the whole party right?". There was no one in there, jeez. Got 3 miso ramens at $12 and 1 shio at $10 - this seems like an OK value, except they served no condiments and charged $2 for spicy oil - WTF? This sent the value way down. My friend ordered green tea and they poured it from what looked like an Oi Ocha bottle (bottled green tea)... they didn't mention it wasn't fresh! The portions were smaller than average, I finished mine quickly (I usually can't finish a bowl by myself and I wasn't particularly hungry), but it was enough to satisfy. The big no no - my shio was WAY too salty. Shio is my favorite bc I LOVE the saltiness, but this was too much. I couldn't finish the broth, my favorite part. Everyone else enjoyed their miso, but my bf was fuming over not having any spicy oil. We were rushed to order, our bowls were rushed off the table and our check came as soon as the last bowl was taken away. There was still only one other party sitting in a booth (and I think it was the family of an employee). We were wished a warm farewell, but it didn't help the experience. The atmosphere was ok enough, but the booths are tiny and stainless steel (read: hard as a rock) - we had no elbow room and the back of the seats are the shared with the booth behind you and they are open-backed. This means your back is touching someone else's. Weird! I will NOT be back.

    Small portion

Ramen and appetizer choices are limited so you can't even fill 1/3 of your stomach. no matter what you order, unless you order two noodles or appetizers. Waitresses have good attitude but is unorganized. Noodles taste good and atmosphere is nice
